TOP 10: You should eat / drink every day

1. Fruits
2. Vegetables
3. Whole food
4. Drink at least 8 glasses of plain water
5. A table spoon of vinegar
6. A table spoon of honey
7. Whole grain bread – bread / cereal
8. Supplements – vitamin C or any that you need to keep yout body health
9. Make sure you take enough probiotics such as Yakult, tablets. 
10. Milk
